故事大纲：一个晚上，正举行“瘦身皇后”的选举活动，［窈窕专家］纤体公司的代言人千妮，瘦身顾问及营养师卓莉（应采儿），新晋女星施施和童非均在座，却不见了另一新人艾芙。原来艾芙被神秘人绑架了，囚禁在一间玻璃房中，要她减重至70磅才释放她！过几天，艾芙的尸体被发现弃置在小巷，体重只得70磅。督察德哥（黄秋生）及手下阿拔调查此案。凶手做案手法十分精密，全无线索。德哥的妻子阿玲（邓翠雯）是结婚离职的女警探，暗中帮助丈夫查案。他们往［窈窕专家］调查公紫仑A一个一个代言人同样地遇害。
Synopsis：Being slim is now the 'in' thing everywhere. A TV station takes advantages of this and organizes a "Slim Queen" contest. Present at the contest were Ginnie, the spokeswomen of "Ladies Fair and Slim" a beauty institute which specialzed in weight loss for women, Cherry(Cherrie Ing), her consultant and dietitian, Cecil, the starlet and Tong Fei, the model However one by one the models go missing only to turn up days later dead. All the victims were starved and dissected until they weighed exactly 70 pounds before being brutally killed. Sergeant Tak (Anthony Wong) and constable Albert were assigned to investigate this case.
